Attire: Cocktail garden party
We kindly request our guests wear colors in this palette on our special day.
Out of respect for the bride, do not wear white, cream, pastels that look white in photos, or any white-based floral dresses (even if they have colorful flowers)
LAVENDER • SKY BLUE • GRAY • NAVY • TEAL • GREEN • SAGE • TAN • DUSTY ROSE
Can you explain the dress code?
Here's your chance to get dressed up! • WOMEN: Classy dresses or separates, any length, and florals encouraged • MEN: Slacks, belts, and button down dress shirts. Jackets and ties optional •
* please no jeans, shorts, short sleeve shirts, flip flops, or casual sundresses *
Can you explain the attire color palette?
Some of our favorite wedding events have had a color palette, it's a fun way to make everyone feel like a big, cohesive group! And it enhances the beauty of the venue and decorations. Essentially, think earth tones and soft colors (ex: not bright pink or bright red)
Can I bring my kids / a plus one?
No, do to capacity restrictions, we can only accommodate guests explicitly listed on your invitation and RSVP • Let us know if there is anything we can do to help you coordinate your day. • We would love to see your kids / plus ones at our events on Friday or Sunday though!
How do I RSVP?
Closer to the event date, we will send out formal invitations prompting you to RSVP on this website • At that time, we will also post our registry • If you already know you will be unable to attend our wedding, please send your regrets to Morton.Landrie@gmail.com
How do I get to the venue?
If you plan on drinking at the wedding, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to the venue • If you'd prefer to drive, there is a large parking lot located adjacent to the venue, and there will be signs directing you to enter. It is a public lot so if it's full, the venue host will direct you to overflow parking which is roughly a 0.3 mile walk away
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will all be outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, we will have event tents • There is also a historic home on the property with heating and air conditioning and some comfy seating in case you need a spot to cool down or warm up • For those opting for heels please note that our venue has varied terrain consisting of hardwood, turf, & pavement
Alcohol policy
No outside food or drink is allowed onsite (the venue has a zero tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave) so DO NOT bring flasks, airplane shots, etc. There will be an open bar where we will provide plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages • Don't worry, we've got you covered!
What about my dietary restrictions?
We'll be serving appetizers at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a selection of entrees and side dishes. Please note any allergies, dietary restrictions, or necessary medical accommodations on your RSVP so we can ensure our venue and caterers accommodate your needs
Is the venue wheelchair/mobility friendly?
Yes! There are no stairs to enter the venue. There are stairs connecting the reception space and the ceremony space. However, there is a separate gravel pathway to the side that you can use instead, our coordinator will be happy to show you where to find it • Also, the bathrooms are ADA compliant
